Want to lose FAT? Sick of Cardio? Don’t do it then!!

People live on the treadmill to lose FAT or be FIT.

and boast.

 

"I was on a treadmill for 60 minutes!"

 

"But I’m still fat..."

Being on a treadmill is BORING. Even it’s for 20 minutes.

Without music, without a TV, without a phone .. It is BOOORING.

I had done my first 40 minutes with my anger and passion to lose FAT in the past.

After ONE week, I got tired and I couldn’t do without anger and passion.

Who created the rules,

 

"If you go to the gym,

You have to warm up with 10 mins cardio and

before go home

Jump on a treadmill for 20 minutes to finish your workout ~ "

 

Some clients who told me that they know about this rule and they are proud of themselves.

well,

All I do is praising them.

because,

 

It's better to DO that than NOT to do.

Rather than exercise without such a rule

- It is good to come to the gym with a PLAN.

because I don’t do Cardio.”

The effect of “Cardio exercise” after muscle strength is,

Honestly,

adding cardio is not the KEY to lose FAT.

Cardio exercise gives you more activity,

By that, the fat losing happens bit quicker.

Of course, under condition that you are living as fit.

Let's think first,

Before you put your Boring cardio on ! your ! FIT plan!

 

Is it really necessary for me?

How do I make it interesting if I must do it?

 

My information, I got used to ‘the 60 minute treadmill’ ,

but that’s still boring.

So I save my phone time and use on treadmill.

OR I do a short HIIT or Interval training.

Accept what you need to do,
or Enjoy.

Mind setting is really important.
