Mental preparation is as important as the right way.
Many people visiting the gym with their own goals.
Common points that I found while consulting with various clients are collapsed
at a certain point.
For example, it breaks down in food, in social life,
or they give up if their GYM routine goes wrong.
That’s it,
Now I ask just one thing.
"How important is your goal in your life?".
Let's say 10 is the highest, most of clients have 7-8.
If It's under 5, there is no reason there are here for counseling. Right?
I don't want to waste my time and passion to wrong people.
changing body is a mentally and physically hard work.
So, before I get started, I give them some realistic parts.
When I say that reality, most clients are saying goodbye and leave.
That's all good. I am happy they left me. Saved my time and their money.
It is better not to ride an unserviced car.
I prefer to ride a safe car for a long periods as putting enough time and money.
4-week diet, long-term diet .. Whatever diet, short-term, long,....
I think anyone can make a good progress
if they endure the hardest part of that diet.
